Allison

Allison is the new owner of Blonde & Co. since December 2025. She has 11 years of experience, 3 of those being an educator for young stylists at Est-Elle Academy. Allison excels at all services but particularly loves doing traditional balayages and blonding services. When she’s not at the salon you can find her chasing after her 2 kids and dog as well as drinking something caffeinated.

Jess

Jess joined the team in 2017 and is a loyal face around the salon day in and day out. Jess loves lived in looks but excels in any type of hair creation. When Jess is away from the salon you’ll find her spending time with her fur baby Argo and enjoying the outdoors. As always “happy to be here”.

Cara

Cara is a newer face around the salon but is no newbie to the industry. Cara has been in the hair industry for 17 years. Cara specializes in barbering, short haircuts, vivid colours and beautiful blended colours. In Cara's chair you can expect good conversation and an energetic experience. Outside of the salon you'll find Cara cooking up a storm or spending time with her fur baby Coal.

Nicole

Nicole is our newest face around the salon. She recently joined the Blonde & Co team in 2024 and brings 11 years of experience with her! Nicole is detail-oriented and super friendly! She excels in all services but especially loves foils & balayages. In Nicole’s chair you can expect a warm atmosphere and precise technique! When she isn’t at the shop you can find her spending time with her husband, daughter & pup, Gunner.

Hayleigh

Hayleigh is our newest team member. She graduated from MC in October 2025. Hayleigh will be completing her apprenticeship at Blonde & Co. assisting guests in our front end while refining her craft behind the chair. When Hayleigh is not the salon you can find her at ARITZIA or is hanging out with friends and family. We can’t wait for you to meet her.

Amber

Amber opened Blonde & Co. in 2016 after nearly two decades in the hair industry. She has created a space where all guests feel welcome in a fun, collaborative space. She recently sold the business to Allison in December 2025.

Amber loves her clients like family and will be continuing to take care of them as an independent contractor at Blonde & Co. When she’s not at the salon, you can find her travelling the globe.
