Policies

  • We require at least 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the service to be charged to your account. All future appointments will require deposits paid to confirm time with your stylist. We also provide a courtesy text message service to remind your of your appointment.

  • All new clients booking a colour appointment will be required to pay a deposit for their first appointment only. Deposits are also required for length colour correction and extension appointments. This deposit is non-refundable and only transferrable if more than 48 hours notice is provided to transfer. Deposits can only be applied towards the spot you are holding. It has no retail value.

  • All products are final sale due to hygiene reasons. If you have any problems with your product please let us know immediately. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

  • Please arrive on time or just a few minutes before your appointment time. If you are more than 15 mins late the appointment will be rescheduled.

  • We do not allow children to sit in on client hair appointments. This is 100% a safety issue more than anything. There are a lot of chemicals present as well as hot tools and sharp objects. Even though we love children and we know your child is behaved, they do get bored and are stimulated by all the new surroundings and items in the salon.

    If you bring any children or extra guests to your appointment you will be kindly asked to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
